Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within mainland US.
How much is shipping?
We offer free Shipping anywhere within US except Hawaii, Alaska and US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands).
How long is the shipping?
Most of our statues, sculptures and fountains are shipped via FEDEX. Processing time is 2-3 days and delivery is within 3-5 business days from shipment date.
Oversize/ Heavy items like furnitures and oversize statues and fountains will be shipped through RL Carriers or The Custom Companies. Delivery for freight is within 7-10 business days. Our standard carriers require a street address and phone number. Items ordered together do not always arrive together.
Health and fitness and other categories are shipped via UPS within 5-7 business days from shipment date unless otherwise specified in the listing.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. We provide tracking numbers on all our shipment.
Do you accept returns?
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- You will be responsible for shipping cost unless the item was received as damaged or defective.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
- If you need to return an item, simply contact us at email@example.com. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- Once an item is shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable if shipment is refused.
If an item is received damaged, please notify our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org so that a claim can be processed. Please hold the original box and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.
